1. Company Information

2. Scope of Services
We specialize in the production and sale of:
- Custom 3D printed figurines (for humans and pets)
- Ready and customized apparel
- Commercial 3D printing services
- B2B fulfillment
- Digital 3D design services
- 3D scanning and modeling
We serve both individual and business clients.
3. Customization, Returns & Cancellations
Customized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective, and only if reported within 48 hours of receiving the product. Once a customization order is confirmed and production begins, cancellation is not possible. If a cancellation is approved under special circumstances, a cancellation fee will apply to cover incurred costs.
Defects are defined as obvious damages that are not part of the natural 3D printing process or post-processing imperfections. Due to the nature of 3D printing and materials used, minor surface variations and imperfections are expected and do not constitute defects.
In the case of legitimate issues, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the specifics of the case.
4. Payment Methods & Pricing
We accept the following payment methods:

- Cash (UAE only)
All prices are either VAT-inclusive or will clearly display the applicable VAT amount separately where required.
5. Delivery & Fulfillment
Currently, we deliver within the UAE.
Production timelines for customized 3D projects may take up to 1 month from order confirmation. Shipping and handling can take 3 to 7 working days depending on courier availability. We use multiple courier services and will notify clients of shipment tracking once dispatched.
6. Data Collection & Privacy
We collect necessary client details such as name, phone number, email, and address for order processing. For 3D scanning services, we may retain reference photos and 3D data for up to 30 days for modification purposes, unless the customer specifically requests permanent deletion.
Photos or design data used in personalized apparel (e.g., shirts with personal photos or QR codes) will be handled similarly. QR codes will be tested prior to printing to ensure they do not contain malicious or non-approved content.
Some design data (3D scans, uploaded photos, etc.) may be shared with vetted third-party modeling contractors solely for the purpose of production. By accepting these terms, you consent to this limited and purpose-specific data usage.
7. Intellectual Property
Some of our products are original designs, while others are provided or licensed from third parties. Any content, logos, or images uploaded by clients remain their responsibility. We do not assume liability for copyrighted or infringing content uploaded by customers.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our products, particularly 3D printed items, are not mass-produced factory items. Slight variation in texture, finish, or appearance is normal. We cannot guarantee absolute consistency across all units.
Products must be handled with care and kept away from extreme heat, water, or prolonged direct sunlight. Misuse or mishandling voids any claim for defects or warranty.
9. Compliance
We adhere to all applicable UAE laws and consumer protection regulations. All transactions are governed by the commercial and e-commerce regulations of the UAE.
